We use this data solely to handle your enquiry and get in touch with you, or to inform you about the launch of the respective product.
The data is transmitted encrypted to an automation instance operated by us (n8n) on a server under our control (n8n.bergmaier-innovations.de). No data is shared with third parties.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling your enquiry or pre-contractual measures); for the waitlist we rely on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw this consent at any time with future effect, e.g. by e-mail to heiko@bergmaier-innovations.de.
We store the data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, until the product launch or your unsubscription, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
